Hiking to Cure Cancer - May 2009
About My Hike
On June 9, 2008, I hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park to raise over $6,900 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, whose mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
In May 2009, I will hike for 3 days and 2 nights in the mountains of Virginia to raise even more money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Stay tuned for details on this season's event...

Hike for Discovery Honorees
All of us have been affected by cancer in one form or another (not just blood cancers). I am dedicating my hike to friends and loved ones who have lost their lives to cancer, and to these amazingly courageous survivors. I will carry their names with me while I hike.
